In 1984 F. J. Sembera, a former Houston Police Officer, started a security company to service
the Houston and surrounding areas. In 1985 he incorporated and Sembera Security Systems was established.
Mr. Sembera found that one of the most important factors in having a successful business is the longevity
and quality of the people you have working for you. Sembera's Operations Manager, Bobby Vincent, has been
with the company for 24 years and the majority of the technicians have been with the company for over 5 years.
Also being locally owned and operated in the Tomball / Cypress area has given Sembera Security an advantage
above other security companies. This enables Sembera Security to maintain a personalized customer relationship.
All our customers are monitored with the utmost technology on the market today. They are maintained locally
